Children have a fascination with Super Heroes! When needing to have them do a good deed, I always say, “Who wants to be a Super Hero? Who wants to save the day?! Look at our classroom?! What can we do to make it beautiful? Who can see what needs to be done?!”
This really does the trick! Play with a dramatic voice, all full of concern, and soon the heroes will come!
