“Jack Be Nimble” is great for learning to balance on one foot. Don’t be afraid to fall though! Did you know that each time you fall, you are building more neurological pathways in your brain!! Pretty neat! Who remembers what system helps us stay balanced? Hint: it gets information from the liquid in our inner ear. Yup! You got it! Vestibular!! Another fun fact, this movement is the precursor to being able to skip! We add to our vestibular development by spinning happily to “Sally Go Round the Sun.” We hope you enjoy!
