The Center of the Earth

I love focusing of the qualities of the earth that are nurturing, fostering a sense of safety. Here is a fun poem, body movements forthcoming! 

Deep in the Earth, in the center of the Earth, there is a great big stone that’s as hard as a rock and it’s hot, hot, hot! It’s a magnet, a magnet, that pushes away anything that can hurt us, pushes away anything that can hurt is, making the aurora borealis, making the aurora borealis!
