Bones, bones we are made of bones,
Bones in our spines and bones through and through,
206 for me and you,
To keep us safe and protect us too!
Some have bones as tiny as an inch
And some have bones as big as a 60 foot fish
Frogs and lizards and birdies too
All have bones like me and you!
Monkeys and mice and dolphins and whales
koalas and kangaroos and lion seals,
all have bones that give them shape
and we are all called vertebrates!
